Screening Tools

It is important as providers to do your part to help ensure mental health needs do not go without diagnosis and treatment.

Regular screenings in healthcare settings and social service agencies enables earlier identification of mental health and substance use disorders, which will assist in the provision of early intervention. Screenings should be provided to people of all ages and during major life events.

See the list below to explore screening tools that can be utilized in your medical practice or social service agency.
